Yes, Arcadian people, as you might know them very well I guess, appear and go without leaving any sort of footprint (supposing they're human), but now it looks like they would like to share something with you lovely and adorable friends from all the planets.

Well maybe you can remember something like the following flash tag (let's say it like this since we're in the IT era) bohemian people, revolution, empire but despite the glorious or unglorius events from the different dominance what is really meeting the eye here is the peculiarity of its citizens. They don't flock together to trade or neither they wear fancy dresses, but guess what... they read!! Do you remember that old activity you used to do before all the Pod, Pud and Pad and every sort of gimmick invented to get your gray matter lazy and hooked?
Therefore, instead of having western fastfood there are bookshops and other cultural facilities as theater and museums; if you walk around it's easy to hear them singing or playing.
Dear friends, this is just a taste of the Planet C and we promise that we'll go down in the country history in another chapter.
